Zyuranger Foes 1

It's been a while since I've uploaded any arrays of little kaiju doodles, and Shout Factory did just have a sale a bit ago on Super Sentai DVDs, so I've been watching Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger.
The show is um... to paraphrase noted Batmanologist Chris Sims: Zyuranger is for babies. The monsters are cool, the fights are good, and the villains are amusing if dumb. It's just that the heroes have paper thin characters and are extra dumb. The plots of the first 3 dvds worth of episodes have varied from okay anime cliches to out right moronic.
It doesn't help that I don't love the design of the Megazord/Daizyujin. It looks likes Optimus Prime trying to cosplay Voltron badly.
Still monsters are fun, so it's good late night watching fun.
